insigz fuses live geospatial intelligence — vessel traffic, electrical grids, sanctions registries, news feeds — into one canonical model. We are a small team in Luzern building the tool we wished existed when we were trying to understand a crisis in real time.
Decisions about the physical world — energy infrastructure, undersea cables, vessel traffic, sanctions enforcement — are still being made from PDFs, screenshots, and slides built the morning of the meeting.
The data exists. Vessel-tracking feeds, grid telemetry, sanctions designations, real-time news — every layer of the world we care about is being measured and published continuously by someone.
What's missing is the layer between the raw feeds and the people who have to act. insigz is that layer. A canonical model that fuses sources into observations, observations into entities, entities into events, events into cases, cases into reports — every claim traceable, every report signed.
We started in 2024 after watching too many strategy sessions, intelligence briefings, and policy decisions run on stale information. We built the tool we wished we had.
The discipline that shapes every decision we make — about features, customers, and the company.
RAND 2024 is the binding constraint. Every agent output is a suggestion with reasoning visible. A human signs every outcome.
Source → Observation → Entity → Event → Case → Report. No bespoke pipelines, no proprietary formats, no silos.
One database per engagement. Zero cross-tenant query paths. The boring, correct architecture.
No SaaS subscription, no procurement marathon, no learn-our-platform tax. Fixed scope, fixed price, fixed timeline.
We bias toward fewer, deeper customer relationships. Long-term partners over volume.
Built and operated from Luzern. Same time zone, same business culture as the partners and institutions we serve.
We don't publish a team page in the usual sense. Our work sits close to sensitive customer operations, so we keep individual profiles off the open web — the same discretion we extend to the people we serve.
The people who shaped the canonical model came from intelligence analysis, OSINT, and geospatial work. They have sat in the briefings this tool is built to replace.
The realtime fusion layer, agent orchestration, and map systems are built by engineers with backgrounds in large-scale data infrastructure and high-frequency visualization.
A handful of senior operators in Luzern. We grow at the speed of trust, not headcount. No layers, no account managers — you work directly with the people who build the system.
If you're a customer, prospective partner, or candidate, you'll meet the relevant people directly and by name — under NDA where appropriate. We're happy to be specific in private. We're just not specific in public, and we think you'll understand why.
We're always quietly looking for the next person — senior engineer, analyst, or designer. If that might be you, introduce yourself.
