Four things that shape the day-to-day. If any of them don't match how you want to work, this isn't the team for you.

Small team, real ownership.

Four people today, five next year. You own a surface end-to-end. No "feature teams," no PMs translating between you and the user.

Long-arc decisions.

The architecture choices we make in 2026 we live with in 2030. We move slowly on what matters and fast on what doesn't.

Real consequences.

Customers use insigz to make decisions about energy, sanctions, infrastructure. The work has weight; we treat it that way.

Anti-meeting culture.

Two scheduled meetings per week: Monday sync, Friday review. Everything else is async, written down, traceable.

What you get.

Pay and benefits are deliberately top-quartile for Luzern. Equity is meaningful — we're four people, the early cap table is real.

Paid well for the level. Equity is granted in two tranches over 4 years, 1-year cliff.

We handle the paperwork and pay relocation costs. We can't sponsor outside EU / EFTA for now — non-EU candidates need existing right to work in CH.
