Honest answers.

Why no per-seat or per-user pricing?
Because we don't want to optimize for seat count. We want to deliver a working capability against a fixed scope. Per-seat models punish you for inviting the right people.
Is there a free trial?
No. We run a paid 30-minute scoping call after a one-pager exchange. If we're not the right fit, you've spent an hour. If we are, we move to a fixed-scope contract.
Do you sell to defense or government?
Carefully. We don't carry classified work, no SCIFs, no sovereign sales. We do work with academic institutions, policy think tanks, regulatory bodies, and private-sector intelligence teams.
Where does the data live?
Switzerland by default (zone europe-west6, Zürich) — or whatever region you require, worldwide. Single-tenant Postgres; no mandatory US transit. We can also self-host on customer infrastructure for Bespoke Install engagements.
What's the contract term?
Engagements run on a fixed 12-month term, with multi-year optional. The fixed term lets us properly onboard you and run a full cycle; we prorate and don't punish anyone for not renewing.
What if our scope changes mid-engagement?
We write change orders. Adding scope is fine; removing scope is fine. We don't escalate prices mid-engagement except via a signed change order that you initiate.
